I am dedicated to helping you to improve your services and workforce to meet the demands of the populations you serve. As a clinical consultant I will work with you to strengthen your organization by examining either a self-defined issue or providing a thorough diagnostic assessment of your organization to find opportunities for strategic planning /intervention, program evaluation and development, training or capacity building, or simply assist you in decision-making.
